Seem to be DISHONEST business owner Jimei Xueju Select Apartment (Shanghai Minhang Jiaotong University Huashi University) 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Normally, I don't like to give a negative review but in this case it's really bad indeed. ห้องพักที่ Shanghai ไม่ดีเลย • แจ้งล่วงหน้า ~2 วันว่าจะมีการซ่อมห้องน้ำ จะเปลี่ยนห้องให้และถามว่าพัก 6 คนใช่ไหม (เราคิดว่าถ้าเปลี่ยนห้องก็ควรได้ที่ใกล้เคียงแบบเดิมที่จองไว้) • เราแจ้งว่าจะถึงที่พักตอนค่ำ 4 ทุ่ม พนักงานพาไปห้องเลข 716 สภาพห้องค่อนข้างเก่า **ต่างจากรูปที่จองอย่างมาก** /เฟอร์นิเจอร์เก่า/มีกลิ่นอับ/แอร์เก่ามีกลิ่นบุหรี่ เปิดดูเช้าวันถัดมาเห็นฝุ่นเต็มเลย • มี 2 ห้องนอน (2 เตียง) และห้อง Living room มี Sofabed ไม่ตรงกับที่จองไว้คือมี 4 เตียงสามารถพักได้ 8 คน เรามีผู้สูงอายุจะให้นอนเตียงคนเดียว เลยต้องให้เด็กๆ นอนบนพื้นที่ห้อง Living room 😥 • มี 1 ห้องน้ำอยู่ชั้นบน (ที่จองไว้มี 2 ห้องน้ำ) • ห้องน้ำไม่มีช่องพัดลมระบายอากาศ • บันไดแคบและไม่ค่อยแข็งแรง • โทรคุยกับเจ้าของหัองพักอยู่นานจะขอเปลี่ยนห้องหรือขอห้องเพิ่มก็ได้ แต่เค้าบอกว่ามีการซ่อมห้องน้ำ พรุ่งนี้จะเร่งช่างทำให้เสร็จ • ----------------------------------------- • ตอนเช้า 10 โมง พาไปดูห้องที่จองไว้เลข 616 อยู่ชั้นข้างล่างตรงกัน สภาพห้องดีกว่ามาก แม่บ้านกำลังทำความสะอาดให้ *สังเกตเห็นมีกระเป๋าสิ่งของอยู่หน้าห้อง??เค้าว่าเป็นของคนพักก่อนหน้าหรือต่อไปซักอย่าง?? • สภาพห้องมีการรีโนเวทตรงกับรูปที่จอง แต่มีฝุ่นใต้เตียงและมุ้งลวด ต้องบอกให้แม่บ้านทำเพิ่ม • มี 2 ห้องน้ำ แต่ใช้อาบน้ำได้เพียงชั้นล่างเท่านั้น • ห้องอาบน้ำชั้นล่าง ล็อคประตูเสียใช้ไม่ได้ • ไม่บริการน้ำดื่มให้เพิ่ม ต้องบอกตอนวัน Check out จึงเอามาให้ • ขอ refund กับทางที่พักสำหรับคืนแรก 200 RMB แต่เค้าคืนให้เพียง 50 RMB Ps. มีข้อสังเกตว่าเจ้าของอาจมีการขายห้องซ้ำ เนื่องจากเราเช็คจาก Trip.com วันที่ 19-20 Apr 2025 ยังมีห้องว่างทั้งที่เป็นช่วงที่เราจองไว้แล้วคือ 17-20 Apr 2025

All the amenities are complete and clean! They are also accommodating for foreigners. The building is located around the district where foods, clothing and supermarkets are within walkable distance. I also ordered a package before moving into the dorm and they helped me to hold it when I had already moved away.

The location is great but the building is old and that means it cannot be cleaned thoroughly. The check-in was quick and the room is spacious. Good enough for two nights.

It isn't a hotel so id you arrive out of hours it id difficult to know where to go or how to get to your room. The loft room we had was dirty, the towels were made of paper and the bed was very hard. The door to the bathroom was rotten and swollen, the cups were paper and other bowls were not clean.

Excellent location. It’s close to YongDe metro station line15. So many restaurants, tea bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and convenient stores nearby. They provided a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave oven and an air condition. So, it’s comfortable for long stay. However, the room was quite old and didn’t look like in the pictures.

Great service, good price for value, and near the metro station and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Recommended for students who are looking for short term accommodation near the university.
