Great location, not too far from the Metro. Many options for food, late snacks and Convenience stores. If u plan to visit Shanghai Disneyland, this is the perfect hotel. Their Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Only 2 downsides, a bit too cramped for 4 members (2 adults, 1 teenager + 1 baby) and too many luggages. We also could smell Cigarette smoke in the hallway, but none at our room if we turn on the bathroom's exhaust. Oh yeah, we could rent Baby Stroller, that is a great addition.

Very easy to find. All the staff wss very friendly and eager to help. There are many restaurants in the area and of course, the metro station.

Service: The service staff were polite but said they would need to collect a deposit when we arrived at the store (it’s understandable, but not many people suddenly ask for a deposit when checking into a hotel now, right?) Then we accidentally lost a room card and there was no explanation in advance. 50 yuan (I can accept that there will be a replacement card fee) but there is still no explanation in advance

She is always smiling, very kind and polite. When I checked in, two calls came in at the same time, and the lady was very orderly. After answering the phone, he quickly helped me complete the application. When giving me the room card, he directly told me the specific location of the room, which was very considerate. When I checked out in the morning, the lady also specifically asked me about my check-in experience, quickly refunded my deposit, and then said goodbye to me very kindly. The service attitude was really great✨✨✨

The overall environment is average. The advantage is that the subway station is close to Disneyland and there are many food options in the surrounding residential areas.

As a store that has been open for 6 years, the hygiene is OK. There are various restaurants, snacks, milk tea, and bakeries downstairs and across the street, most of which taste good. The room is not big, and it is much worse than the spacious feeling shown in the hotel photos. It is marked as 20 square meters. You can imagine the space based on 20 square meters for all facilities and partitions. It is recommended to live on the 3rd floor.

We upgraded to a king-size room. The room was small but clean. It had air conditioning but it wasn't cold. The room was very well decorated. The hotel is only two subway stops away from Disneyland, which is very convenient.

I must give a great compliment to this hotel!!! I remember that I stayed at this hotel when I first went to Disney in 2017. The environment and hygiene were great! I stayed at this hotel for the second time after 7 years. I didn't expect it to be so clean and tidy. It doesn't look like a hotel that has been open for many years! There are also many places to eat nearby, and the subway station is a five-minute walk away! The front desk lady is also very good. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Disney!
