Bad review! Absolutely terrible experience! The hygiene and facilities are a mess. There was no hot water on the second night. The Shanghainese lady at the front desk was incredibly rude! There was no service at all, and the desk was often empty! There were black spots all over the tiles!

For the price, I'd give it a full score if it came with a refrigerator and washing machine. However, the hotel's disposable amenities seemed a bit skimpy. The shampoo and shower gel were only a thumb-sized amount and barely lathered. The same was true of the disposable toothbrush and toothpaste provided; they were practically ineffective. Cleanliness was average, as expected, though hairs could be seen in some corners. The hotel is 1 km from the subway station, and shared bikes are available outside, which is acceptable, but not so in the rain. The service was acceptable, and it's clear the owner is serious about running the business. Overall, for the price, the value is excellent.

1. Modern design and strong sense of space
The loft apartment is cleverly designed, with bedrooms upstairs and living rooms downstairs, high space utilization, and simple and modern overall decoration, making it suitable for young people and short-term travelers.
2. Complete facilities and convenient living
The room is equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, TV, open kitchen, etc., suitable for long-term living, convenient living, and the living experience is close to that of an apartment hotel.
3. Good lighting and wide view
The room has large floor-to-ceiling windows with good lighting. Some room types have city views and plenty of light during the day, making it very comfortable to live in.
4. Excellent location and convenient transportation
With convenient transportation and complete living facilities in the surrounding area, it is suitable for business trips and independent travelers. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby to meet daily needs.
5. Friendly service and high cost performance
The staff is friendly and the service response is timely. The overall accommodation price is good value for money compared to similar hotel apartments, which is suitable for travelers with limited budgets.

Because my nephew's birthday party was nearby, we temporarily chose a nearby hotel. Since there were not many reviews when I placed the order, I was very nervous before checking in. How about the entire check-in process? There are endless surprises. . . Hahaha. . . . Looking at the pictures, I always thought it was a duplex floor, but I didn't expect it to be a sunken room. But I feel the price/performance ratio is still acceptable. At this price, it is really a good deal to have a washing machine in the house. So other shortcomings can be ignored! It is suitable for those who are not very particular about accommodation and stay for a long time. If I have the chance, I will stay here again. (PS: Single girls with heavy suitcases may not be suitable for living on the third floor, as they need to climb a flight of stairs)

The location is good. It's very close to Li Line 1. It's a 10-minute walk. It's a quick ride. There's not much food nearby. There's a Sichuan restaurant downstairs that tastes good. The aunt is very responsible. She knocks on the door at 10 o'clock every day and does the cleaning. Duplex room type, upstairs and downstairs. Pay attention to the floor

The price is affordable. Although there is an overpass outside the room and the sound of cars speeding by is deafening from morning to night, there are mottled rust spots on the walls of the toilet and bathroom. The room is not soundproof and is filled with a musty smell, which is very similar to the bad attitude of the clerk when I left the hotel. The early stage was pretty good. Later, when I was checking out, something happened that refreshed my three views. I have been traveling outside for more than ten years and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but only in this hotel did the waitress, an old lady, call and threaten me: "How can you be such a person? If you don't come to pick up your luggage, I will sell it to you!" The incident started when I checked in on the 23rd. After staying for a few days and finishing my training, I wanted to visit Shanghai, so I packed my luggage at 5 am on the 27th and prepared to check out. But there was no one at the front desk at that time, and I left my luggage in the room as I thought my deposit had not been refunded. After I went out, I called the front desk around 7 o'clock. At first, no one answered, but later an elderly male clerk answered. I told him to help me take my luggage to the front desk (the distance from the third floor to the first floor), and after I finished my business, if I wanted to stay, I would continue to stay, otherwise I would refund my deposit. The male clerk agreed. I thought it was not a big deal, so I went on to explore Shanghai in the rain. Unexpectedly, just when we finished visiting Tianzifang and were having dinner, the elderly female clerk called and yelled at me. I quickly explained that I had already communicated with the male clerk. The woman immediately said, no, you must take it away immediately, otherwise I will sell it to you. To be honest, this has greatly increased my knowledge. So I quickly took a taxi back to get my luggage. After arriving at the store, after some negotiations, I found out that the luggage had been placed in a corner of the front desk. Finally, I returned the deposit and quickly fled from this dangerous place. But the way the elderly male clerk looked at people over the top of his glasses and the way he slammed the window shut made me feel as if I was not a customer who had once stayed there, but a countryman working as a long-term worker for the landlord. What time has it come? What is the current economic situation like? Why are two elderly people still acting like this? This full of hostility is so scary.

The room is generally ok, but the environment is okay. I love the viaduct, there are a lot of cars, and the glass in the room has no sound insulation effect.
