帶媽媽來肺科醫院看病，一家三口住着剛剛好，去到醫院也很方便，五六分鐘就能走到。爸媽的房間沿河很安靜，讓媽媽好好休息了兩個晚上。小區的保安也很好，讓我車子停進去了，停車費很美麗！很少寫評價，這次可以有

總體還行，價格因為臨近開學比較貴也合理，但是説的12點退房，房東在不到十點就一直催促，這一點很煩，不能因為下一個客人要入住就一直催我們呀，奇怪

房東房子不少，我們住300弄哪個小區 跟訂單顯示房源地址是一條街但可能不是一個小區。房子住宿條件很好，感覺跟別人曬圖不是一間房，但是房子不錯，騎共享單車到地鐵站近比步行舒服，騎車5分鐘，步行15-20分鐘，太熱不想走。距離上海財經大學特別特別近，對面就是。

距離上海10號線江灣體育場站1.7公里、步行20分鐘，18號網上海財經大學站1.3公里、步行15分鐘，暑期30多度上海步行太痛苦，這事唯一的瑕疵。
實際房子位置交通便利，樓下就是公交站，1-2站到地鐵站，外地人不會坐公交，可以共享單車幾分鐘到家，筆走着舒服。
去10號線必要途徑知名大學路，網紅餐廳一片，可以過來吃，可以點餐，不要太棒！
房子在小區裏2層東山牆，像是80年代板樓，2室0廳明廚明衞，兩張雙人床，兩台給力空調，南北通透，安靜平和，有酒店和民宿標配，冰箱洗衣機都有，沒有電視，但也無所謂，有個南向陽台個晾衣桿，不要小看南陽台的作用，北方人到南方 衣服襪子一天一洗就指着陽台晾曬，不要太方便和舒服了，哦對 還有洗衣板 哈哈哈
下樓就是上海財經大學側門，送孩子上學的家長可以選擇該房子，太近了，抬腿就到。
