Brought old folks and toddlers for the trip. Blessed to find this apartment which has clean and comfortable interior, host has even prepared water for us. Very friendly and helpful host, he will try his best to assist in whichever way possible. Fully lift accessible and food delivery orders direct to doorstep. Metro station is about 7-8min walk away.

Tucked away in this old house in the heart of the city, this stay was truly a "peaceful retreat in a bustling city." Located within the historic Jing'an Villa complex, the B&B is just steps from the bustling Nanjing West Road shopping district, yet the grounds are remarkably quiet. 👩💼 The butler-style service was incredibly thoughtful, and the host sent a detailed check-in guide in advance. They were incredibly responsive to any requests. I'd definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

There was no odor upon entering, and the environment was relatively clean. The only problem was the kitchenware was a little dirty, and a few air conditioners weren't cooling properly. It turned out the filters hadn't been cleaned. The staff immediately addressed any issues, which was excellent.
Each room had exterior windows, providing ample natural light and plenty of space. The building is a bit older, so the lack of light in the hallways was a bit scary, but thankfully, there were no issues inside.
The washing machine was very intuitive and easy to operate.

The environment is very good. Even when it rains heavily, the big umbrella in the courtyard can cover it firmly. I ate lobster in the rain. Hahaha. The quilt is very clean, without the dust smell of ordinary hotels. I slept soundly. It is very close to the subway station. It takes two stops to the Bund. There is also a Café de Coral at the door. We were traveling with both parents and children, and it was just enough to accommodate our big family. In this area where every inch of land is valuable, it is really cost-effective for friends traveling with families. Let's talk about transportation. Jiafa Building is within walking distance of Nanjing West Road Metro Station, and it is only one subway stop to the Bund, Renguang and other core attractions in the city. The Natural History Museum is just across the street. I took my children to the museum and they learned a lot. It was a meaningful trip. The B&B staff were also very enthusiastic and patiently answered our questions. Thumbs up! The most important thing is that this homestay is really super clean and the facilities are also easy to use. I recommend it to everyone~
