AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS
I had a terrible experience. I waited two and a half hours for the airport shuttle, only to give up and pay for a taxi myself. Every time I called the hotel, the person on the line said they didn’t speak English, and there was no way to communicate. I ended up asking a random woman at the airport who spoke Mandarin to help me. They told her I should wait 30 more minutes — after I had already waited 1.5 hours. Another hour passed and still no shuttle.
The problems didn’t stop there:
- The room and towels smelled like cigarettes
- The bathroom was dirty
- The carpet was filthy
- There was a cigarette butt in the trash can
- Several power outlets in the room didn’t work
Extremely disappointing. I would give zero stars if I could.

Overall very satisfied with this hotel. I arrive around 2am, call to front desk, they pass a driver contact to call. Call the driver and wait for 30minutes. Driver came with a bus that pickup 3 hotels that share this shuttle bus. From airport distance to hotel takes around 30 minutes drive. Room is clean and tidy, with all the amenities that you need, hot shower clean bed and quiet environment. I would say is a good price for overnight hotel that close to the airport and want to have a few hour rest before you going to a meeting next day. Will consider book again next time.
