Pros: Location is good. Near subway station and many restaurants. Cleaning lady is professional. The room is clean. But the corridors and lift are dirty.
Cons: I chose the cheapest room and the skylight window is facing a small walkway and other units' windows. The window lock is broken. Some tenants are smoking and the smoke drifted in through the windows. The place can look scary especially at night but it is safe. Internet wifi is very slow and requires a chinese number for SMS verification.
Overall: It is a decent cheap hotel.

The AC was not warm and it was below 10C outside. The room is small but not too bad for 1 person, definitely too small for 2. Staffs are helpful though they dont speak english. They are kind enough to let me change room and tried to solve problems, but the rooms were really just not good.

這家位置在浦三路地鐵站周圍，距離比較近，房間格局什麼其實一般般，衹要是性價比高吧，看得出來很多人入住是為了玩迪士尼，因為地鐵11號過去很近。
