It's close to the meeting place. I booked this hotel. The lobby and rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and cost-effective. The surprise is that free breakfast is provided during the Spring Festival.

The worst hotel experience, came to this hotel due to a business trip (because there are really no hotels nearby), checked in at 1:50 in the morning, washed up, and went to bed around 2:20. Due to work, I woke up at around 10:30 for a conference call, and the front desk called at 11:00 to check out. Since I was speaking at the meeting, I hung up the phone in a hurry, and the front desk was very responsible again. The call came in, causing the meeting to be suspended. I was anxious to inform the front desk that I would check out today and not continue my stay. I was in a meeting. (But at the time, I thought that because I got up too early, I could continue to rest for an hour after the meeting), so I politely explained my request to the front desk: "Can I delay for two hours? Because I didn't check in until early in the morning." But the answer was Negative, and there is no room for negotiation. I was so confused and told the front desk that I was in a bad mood. I would call 12345 to complain, but the reply I got was: "Then you call"! Due to my work and living habits, I have lived in hotels for four consecutive years. I dare not say that I live too much and how expensive it is, but at least in the past few years, I have experienced a lot of good and bad hotels at home and abroad, but Vienna has given My new understanding let me know that everything can be rejected decisively, and it can be taken for granted in the face of customers' reasonable, legal and compliant requirements. Let me ask, is my request too much? Does your company understand the Civil Code? Know the "Consumer Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" ? The people nowadays don’t care about the legitimate rights and interests of “24 hours from check-in” in the reasonable rights and interests of hotel stays with you. On the contrary, you don’t even care about the legitimate rights and interests of checking out at 14:00 p.m., and you are not afraid to complain Yeah? 房間佈局不合理， 設施：雙人床床頭不夠雙人同時插充電頭。 衞生：清潔做的太差勁了，沙發角落還有零食，用過的牙刷不收拾？？？牙膏也不收拾？？使用過的梳子不會換？地板不拖？？被芯就這樣？？？ 不推薦，加盟店就這樣糟蹋品牌？？

地理位置方便，前台有很強的服務意識，環境舒適，房間乾淨整潔，性價比可以的

前台態度非常的惡劣 説話夾槍帶炮 早餐券讓她入職的時候就給 偏不給 非要等到第二天再讓我們去前台拿 非要給住店的客人制造麻煩不便他們才開心 大過年實在不想跟她吵 大家選擇還是慎重吧

設施：挺新的 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：環境挺好的，附近出行也挺方便的，就是吃的太少，比較荒涼 服務：服務很好，態度不錯，非常的專業，很滿意
