The layout of the room is unreasonable.
Facilities: The headboard of the double bed is not big enough for two people to plug in the charger at the same time.

The front desk has a very bad attitude and speaks in a sarcastic way. She was told that she should have been given the breakfast voucher when she joined the company but she refused to give it to her. She had to wait until the next day to get it from the front desk. She was only happy when she had to cause trouble and inconvenience to the guests staying at the hotel. I really don't want to argue with her during the Chinese New Year. Please be careful when choosing.
