This hotel made many promises, particularly when it claimed to be a relaxing place to be and stay. I booked a double room with 'private hot springs, smart toilet and a Leoxo bath' (apologies if I have spelled Leoxo wrong!) Amongst the amenities it included a mini fridge and a dining table, neither of which were present in what I can only guess was their smallest room (from what I could see on their fire exit information poster in the room). The shower and bath area were absolutely disgusting. There was no way I was going in that bath and I wore the provided slippers in the shower as the floor was not something I wanted my bare feet to touch! Allegedly the reception staff speak English. This was not my experience during the 3 days I was there. I would never stay there again. I do not understand how it was rated 4 stars. See my photos below. Anything black you can see in the shower/bath area is black mould.

Very clean rooms. Affordable tasty breakfast.toilet only divided from from by a curtain. So you really should know the people you are travelling with. All in all very good stay also for the kids!

Excellent facilities in a very convenient location near to attractions. They are really helpful to accept our online orders and helped us on late checkin and providing necessary snacks as we were really hungry. Chinese traditional breakfast also Excellent. Highly rated and suggested.

Comfortable hotel with tatami style of bed. Bath tub cover and foam shampoo is provided for the "hotspring" feel of shower. Cute cats at the lobby and books are provided there for those who like to read.

Nice hotel with a Japanese deco.the hotel is on the 3rd floor of the building. The staff was nice and efficient. The futon beds are comfortable. The wifi worked well but with some difficulties with the VPN . Happy to come back .
