The service staff is very good.
The hotel is very clean overall.
Except for the carpet outside the door, which has a smell, there seems to be no flaws.
Of course, the dust in the corners of the room can be removed. It will be a 100-point hotel.
The transportation is also very convenient.

The staff there are very friendly, not only the front desk staff even their cleaner! Good to have them.
Firstly, My first room was very heavy the smoking smell, I told one of the front desk staff, he help me change my room immediately without hesitation.
However, I would like to point out that, I understand that in China smoking is permitted but the corridor was too heavy with the smell, somehow I feel that the smell actually come in to the room.
(Ps: maybe is just my level that have heavy smoking smell)
Secondly, there are many shops around the hotel even there are small marts just next to the hotel or opposite of the hotel.
There is a metro station in 10 minutes walk. Quite near.

The hotel is located in between of 2 train stations. If you need to pull a luggage with you, u hv to take that into consideration. The opposite road there is another outlet I think looks newer n quieter then this one. The whole hotel is smoke free however we always hv smoke smell when we walked into our room. They use central air-conditioning, which mean if the temperature drops till certain degree you will hv to stay in a warm room. And our room don't hv a window that access to fresh air.
They use robot to deliver our food and delivery to our room, which is very convenient. Breakfast simple, not much option. And the menu remain the same daily. They don't provide folk n spoon. You have to get used to chopsticks. Milk is always running out. Slow refill.
They are generous with giving drinking water.
Hope hotels in China do provide bidet for their international guess.

Location is good with lots of food and shops nearby. Friendly staffs too, they are willingly to help us to input their hp nos to order food delivery.

The service of the front office is super friendly, and one of the xiao jiejie even helped us to order supper delivery cos we dont have ******* account to order. However, the toilet has a bad smell from the sewage.
