I booked the most expensive audio-visual room with a king-size bed, which is 26-30 square meters, but I was given a room that is less than 20 square meters. The room is small, and the windows are not big either. I changed the room to a room that I thought had big windows, but when I pulled the curtains in the morning, it turned out to be half fake. I am so impressed.

The hotel has a nice environment and a spacious and bright lobby. The hotel staff is friendly and will answer any questions you have. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable and soft, and the bathroom is clean and tidy. The breakfast variety is relatively small, but it is basically enough to eat.

I went there at around 8pm on Saturday night. Parking was really difficult. I happened to encounter two trucks that didn't drive the wrong way, and I was stuck for more than ten minutes. When checking in, the front desk asked me to contact the sales to report in order to enjoy the group's negotiated price (I had been to Vienna before and just reported the company's name). The front desk service awareness was too poor. The hotel branch was a bit complicated (there were 4 rows of rooms on the first floor). I searched back and forth several times before I found the room. When I was taking a shower, I found that the shower head buckle was broken, so I could only take a shower with my head down. After using the bath towel, I found that there was a bug on it. I was awakened by the sound of the shower curtain being pulled upstairs at around 11pm (the sound insulation was too poor). Because paper invoices are usually more convenient, I asked for paper invoices when I checked out. The front desk said that there were no paper invoices and no paper invoices were provided. At my request, they said that there were paper invoices.

I was on a business trip. The price was cheap and it was convenient to eat around. There were many choices of dishes. It was just a little far from the subway station. I had to take a taxi for 10 minutes to get there and back. The subway station only takes 35 minutes to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station.
