It’s my second time in this hotel - everything is good. Highly recommended!

Cozy and conveniently located hotel in downtown Shanghai. The room is clean and well insulated. You can get toothbrush and other amenities at the reception area. The only inconvenience is in the case you do not speak Chinese as the stuff level of English is not very fluent, but nothing that a translation app cannot solve.

Good location nearly metro and In the shopping district.

This hotel was a great find! This was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in while living in Asia. Walking distance between two subway stations and in an area with a large array of restaurants and shops, the location is great. The staff was welcoming and spoke English. Although they follow city laws and don’t put some of the amenities in rooms any more, they are available for taking in the lobby. Unfortunately, there was hair on the floor and towels, thus the reason for the low score in cleanliness. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will stay here again next time I’m in Shanghai.

Good location, easily to access the subway with shopping center nearby. Not far from many attraction places.

I stay in this hotel for 4nights with my family. Hotel staff is very helpful. Location of this hotel close metro with walking distance. I will be back to stay this hotel for sure when I come back to visit Shanghai. Reasonable price but have good quality. Thanks for helping us to buy new wheelchair for my father.

Good location if you like shopping or going out in busy areas. We like the “French” vibe but haven’t a tried the breakfast buffet

The location is ideal with easy access to several metro stations. Additionally, it's conveniently close to nice malls like Muji, offering plenty of dining options. However, the service could be improved. On our first night, we were unaware that the AC controller wasn't working, and the entire building was controlled by central heating, causing a bit of inconvenience. The walls are quite thin, so noise from neighboring guests in the morning or at night might be bothersome. Despite these issues, the location is excellent and well-connected.

Everything is great. If I am in Shanghai next time, I’ll stay here again for sure.

The room is nice with good facility. But not so much service.

Excellent stay at the Campanile with good value for money in term of room size, design, outlets, amenities, cleanliness, confort and quietness. Location is also great on Huaihai Middle Road with multiple metro station close by. The room was exactly as advertised and looked exactly like the photo. The only downfall was the impossibility to control/switch the room temperature to cool mode but we still slept well with the window opened and without being disturbed by any outside noises. We didn’t have the chance to experience the breakfast but the staff was very kind to accommodate us with late check-out at 2pm and to keep our luggages so we could enjoy our full day in Shanghai prior heading to the airport. We will definitely consider again for a next trip to Shanghai.

Location is great, the staffs are courteous. Bath towels are new and fluffy, bed is firm, pillows are comfortable. However, room's sound proof is poor. I can hear next room's loud conversation and bathroom water running.
