The staff are very friendly and helpful when they encounter problems. There are people who can speak Korean, which is very comfortable. Even if the staff can't speak English, it is very convenient to use a translator. Check-in time starts at two o'clock, and the takeaway is delivered directly to the room, which is very safe. You can check in with peace of mind.

This hotel stay in convenience area. You can find a lot of restaurant around here. A few step to go to People sq subway. And easy to walk in to The Bund. This place suit for 1. you are looking for hotel near subway. 2 Easy to find food. 3 Can walk or morning run to attractive place. 4Very worm welcome and support from hotel staff.

Ms lin and mr zhou from the front desk assist us very well,from our luggages to our food deliveries.and also our room attendant,i forgot to ask the name of the lady on the 2nd floor,she is very efficient and very kind.we enjoyed our stay in jinglai,the location is perfect for travelers like us,in the middle of the city.both my parents who are seniors and my daughter likes the ambiance of our room.thank you very much!

Hotel without elevator and not pointed in the hotel description. Cleaning: the do your bed without change the Bed's clotes in four days! This hotel doesn't worth It... Better choices available for the same price. The workers don't seems interested in their job and they are with the smartphone every single minute and not interested to help.
