入住登記在五樓，要坐電梯先上5樓辦理，然後再坐電梯去六樓，這個酒店的風格和電影閃靈的很像有點恐怖，層高也矮，房間數量超級無敵多，跟迷宮一樣要找好半天。雖然叫白玉蘭，但是我發現他原本是錦江之星。
晚上回來的時候，有兩個男的在我面前用自己的卡開了別的女生的房間，然後奸笑跑走，有點可怕，不知道是什麼原因，讓我住的也不安心。
隔音也很差，外面走廊聲音一清二楚，馬桶半夜滴水聲音也很吵，隔壁房間打呼嚕，我這裏都連帶着一起震。
早上打掃的人10.30就來敲門很打擾人
衹能説很差，入住體驗很糟糕，非常不推薦

設備老舊，衞生間門鎖壞的，窗户是關不上的，被套、枕套發黃很嚴重，房間裏配的礦泉水一瓶被打開喝過。十分不推薦

I really recommend this hotel to everyone. It’s clean and has a good location near huangpu river and lujiazui district.
