I was very happy to stay at Cintadines Hongqiao. Staffs are very well trained and polite. The location is great and many Korean food nearby. There is Aldi supermarket opposite the hotel and also a lot of coffee shops. If I have a chance to come back to Shanghai then I'll definitely come back to this hotel.

Hotel’s super friendly staff is excellent, Carl in particular, helped me book taxi and luggage. The location is also great for travelling to Hongqiao.
