Very old apartment, looks nothing like the pictures. Everything is falling appart except the mattresses that are like wood. I do not recommend going there unless you don’t have a big budget and you are 4-5 adults that don’t care about comfort. WiFi is very low, staff at the reception don’t even try to help if you don’t show translation (very uncommon in Shanghai, people usually here are kind and try to accommodate to their best using live translation tools). Toilets in the lobby are horrible, no paper and smell very bad. No amenities, bring your products. Nothing in the kitchen, unusable.
There are though positive points :
- washing machine in the kitchen
- walking distance from Nanjing road
- they change your towels everyday

The room didn't look new, but the location is very good. The apartment itself is spacious and has a great view of the center of Shanghai.

Excellent location, near several means of transportation. Touristic attractions reachable by foot. Well equipped kitchen with microwave available.

Nice hotel, close to the top attractions in Shanghai, such as the Bund, Yu garden and Nanjing Street.
The hotel staff were very friendly and understandable when I had to check out later and provide a space for my bag so could walk around without my luggage.
The room was a good size, there was a nice view from the balcony.
I would recommend this hotel 👍👍
