Staffs are nice including reception and housekeeper. We arrived at the hotel around 9 am with big luggage, so the reception checked the availability of the room and luckily we can early check in without fee. The location is good about less than 2 min from exit 10 at Zhongshan station. You can find Family Mart and Lawson around there. It is located near the mall and the park. If I arrived in Shanghai again, I am sure to stay there again.
One thing that I wonder is pre-authorization fee still not back to my account, but it matters about the bank I guest.

Amazing location 2 minutes walk across the street to subway/metro station line 2, which you can transfer to other lines to go anywhere in Shanghai. Also from this metro station you can walk underground to the mall across the street where there is big food court, you will find variety of restaurants from hotpot, ramen, bbq sticks, buns, boba, fry chicken, McDonald Donald, star bucks. The room is very clean with daily cleaning. To reach the lobby you have to walk up stairs to the front desk which is on the left side of building. I got a room on higher floor, no train noise problem othered mentioned.

Strategy location. Exit no.10 from Zhongshan park station will see the hotel. Public bus station nearby too. Comfortable and convenient. Value for money.

I think the location of the hotel is perfect, my room was clean enough. But the noise from the metro station outside was really not so good and I think that the hotel needs renovation. It’s quite old already. But for me the most important part was clean bed and location, so I have chosen this one.

They gave me a room without a refrigerator. I asked the reception to provide the lacking amenity and Miss Y did not hesitate to arrange it for me despite difficulty in the language.

It has excellent location (near a big shopping mall and metro station). They have built-in stove but you cannot use it. I wish they could at least provide microwave oven just like the other serviced apartments on the same building. My room is also located near the metro so it was noisy (it is advisable to ask reception to give you room that’s away from the metro station side).
