The room was nice and clean with basic utilities and amenities. Close to Shanghai Station. The food and store around the hotel were few. Most staff cannot speak English, fully use of translation app. A day-shift male receptionist with bracelet were hospitable and zo kind, also looing good.

Very spacious room, extremely convenient and central location, pleasant and responsive staff. However the facilities really require better maintenance, particularly the windows which don't fully close (letting more noise in than necessary from the ongoing construction work every day from 6am to 10pm) and the leaking shower head and broken soap dispensers. The breakfast was tasty though quite minimal (no meat apart from sausages, and no rice dumplings as pictured), while the food stopped being refilled fairly early (around half an hour in). If these were better acted on, the hotel would definitely rank much higher.

The toilet and bathroom mirror weren't properly cleaned
However, the service was good and the location is perfect if you want to be close to the downtown area.

The location close to the railway station is great. Double room is comfortable, but the cleanliness is the weakness. Upon checking e found toilet seat and bowl is dirty. Towels changed each day but the last day we got used dirty towels full of foreign hair. This should not happen.
Breakfast is basic, no drinks except soy “milk”,
Triple room lacks comfort because of some kind of huge step going through while room.
Building/stadium is being constructed just opposite the hotel, workers make a lot of noise since early morning.

We were allocated a different room type due to overbooking. Although the receptionist said it was an upgrade, the room was not reconstructed and the style was old fashioned compared with the photos on trip.com. Nevertheless the room was really spacious and we ended up liking our stay.

It was an okay room, the main problems were the noise of the construction site and heavy smell of cigarettes in the corridors. Besides that, location was near two main subway stations and closed to many convenience stores.

The staff couldn’t speak any English which is one down side however the room is decent big comfy bed but the pillow was too flat for my liking. The location of the hotel is a bit mysterious and take sometime to find the place with the map in that trip.com provided.

Although it is a very run down hotel, but the location is very good. Walking distance to all the public transport facilities.
