The location is good close to Metro station and the central station, big rooms but a bit too basic, for who like to train during holidays, it has a very good and big free GYM! Nice and supportive staff! would recommend it

We stayed for 4 nights, location is quite good, rooms pretty simple but ok. Only negative Aspect is that it is very poorly soundproofed, therefore quite noisy

Nice apart hotel, nothing too special. The rooms look better in the picture than they actually are, especially since all the nice furniture is missing and you get a bed, a sofa, a TV and that's it. Internet worked, but was not super reliable, sometimes it was completely absent. It was also not so clean. Metro (Qufu Road) is 10-15 minutes away. Nearby there is a shopping mall named Joy city. Average experience.

During our stay, we resided in a one-bedroom duplex apartment, relocating twice due to various issues. The windows on the first floor were large and well insulated, while the duplex bedroom window was a single-paned, non-insulated sliding window that did not shut completely. The planning design baffles me - the most expensive room was located on the lowest floor, adjacent to traffic and ongoing construction. Additionally, the hotel check-in is situated on the ground floor, while floors 1-6 house private businesses, floor 7 features the gym and recreation area, and the exclusive duplex apartments are located on the 8th floor. The construction commencing daily before 6 am and extending into late hours posed a significant challenge. Despite being informed that all other rooms were booked due to the holiday season, we were offered a different one-bedroom duplex. After moving twice in search of a quieter side of the hotel, we were disappointed to find that even the new room was still affected by construction noise. Our original room, although the cleanest, was excessively noisy. In contrast, the quieter room we eventually settled for was much older, featuring a broken stair leading to the bedroom that required maintenance to secure with a wooden block. Moreover, the shower water had an unpleasant smell. Lastly, the final room we occupied was directly above the gym, causing disturbances from the noise of weights being thrown, shaking the ground below. The gym, accessible to both hotel guests and residents, proved to be a significant disappointment. It was not clearly communicated that residents could also utilize the gym facilities, leading to unsanitary conditions. On multiple occasions, a woman brought her pet bird to the gym, allowing it to fly freely. The gym was unkempt, with individuals leaving dirty towels and clothes on equipment, resulting in a foul odor. While the check-in staff were polite and one guy had excellent english, but their lack of control over public areas, particularly the gym, was evident. The room standards fail to meet European expectations, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The apartments are located in a beautiful location, next to the Joy City shopping center, where the nearest metro station is also located. The room is very clean, with bedding and towels refreshed daily. The staff is very pleasant and caring! The hotel also has a laundry room (where you can wash and dry clothes for free) and a gym. I recommend this hotel, many thanks to the staff for their hospitality ❤️

Base SUHE has a very convenient location. The service is great and the facilities are nice. There is an outdoor terrace on the communal floor. My room was a small serviced apartment with a mini kitchen.
