Less 10 minutes walk from Qufu station which is metro line no.8 and 12. Nice to have a kitchen but there is no cutlery or plates, only mugs. The nearest shopping mall has a hundred restaurants which was so handy. All the staffs members was kind and the front desk can speak English. One of the best gym for accommodation.

2 train stations within 10 min walk. We walked to the Bund. It took a while but it’s a nice walk. Service desk spoke English.

The Staff Are absolutely fabulous - I don’t speak any Chinese but everyone I spoke to had translation apps and were more than willing to help out. I was able to check in early and check out late at no charge and the 8th floor is a large comfortable lounge space where I was able to wait before my check in time as I had an early flight in and I am currently there again waiting for my flight out. The location is ideal being a 10 minute walk from Qufu station on line 8 and a 10 minute walk from another station on line 1. The room was excellent I had plenty of space, one of the largest beds I’ve ever had and an absolutely stunning view from the window. Everywhere was clean and tidy and I was provided with water everyday as well as someone to clean the room. The air conditioner works great which was needed as it’s been a consistent 35° throughout my trip. I’ve loved Shanghai and having somewhere safe and well connected has definitely played a part in it - I will 100% be staying here again when I visit Shanghai again in the future. Thank you to all of the team here.

I have always had a great time living in this apartment in Shanghai - thanks to the reliable daily cleaning service, the apartment is spotlessly clean. Edward's warm and considerate service at the front desk made everything smooth and comfortable. I absolutely love the view at night from my windows. The beautiful terrace inside the building is highly recommended by me to all tourists visiting Shanghai!

We stayed here for 4 nights. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Our flight landed early in Shanghai at 4am and we reached the hotel at 6.20 am. Even though it was not check-in time and we didn't request for early check-in in advance, the receptionist kindly offered us a free upgrade to another room so that we can check in earlier at 10am. The room was spacious and had many amenities. Most importantly, we had a washing machine+dryer in our apartment, so doing the laundry was extremely convenient. It was a little run-down but overall still quite clean. The downside is that there's no breakfast buffet and food options are limited here. There's a shopping centre and metro station nearby but it's still a 10 mins walk.

Great place to stay in Shanghai. Friendly staff and nice appartment. A negative comment goes for the entrance to reach the hotel is a parking lot with no place for people to access the hotel on foot.

Its the 2nd time i stay in Base SUHE. Last visited in march 2025 which was good service, the room was okay.
This time i brought my family in Oct but the rooms are not very clean. there are some hair on the bedsheet and headboard, feedback and they change the next day but we still spotted 1 or 2 short hair on the bedsheet.
the towels are old and wooden table top are chipping.
overall i will still say value for money, but dont expect anything fancy and just check in for rest before exploring shanghai.
