I asked the front desk to come over and change my room, but after struggling for an hour, she said that changing to a larger room would cost more, and changing to a smaller room would have to wait for someone else to check out an hourly room, and I had to wait another hour. I have to get up at 7 o'clock tomorrow for a business trip, and I only slept for 5 hours. The hotel is only thinking about making money, and it doesn't understand other people's perspective. The next day, I told the front desk that they quickly changed rooms. It is good that the hotel provides free services to guests, but if these services are not in place, it will lose points. When we returned to the hotel the next day to change rooms, we made an appointment to reserve a car. We went to check out 10 minutes early and were told that the car was no longer available for delivery. We then called the driver and told him that he would be back in 40 minutes. We could only take him with us. Went to the hospital by ourselves with our things (fortunately we had plenty of time reserved)

I have to wait on the sixth floor for my companion to use the toilet and swipe the room card into the elevator to pick me up and go downstairs. It was very inconvenient. Although the hotel handled the problem very well, I would not choose it again after having such a bad stay experience! This is the first time that Ctrip hotel ratings are very inaccurate!
