一直住全季很不錯，離虹橋機場很近，打車一會會就到了，周邊吃的也很多，非常方便，出差非常方便來上海商務出差推薦

房間對的起價格，服務設施對不起全季，單純便宜一點而已，不要要求太高，期間本來要入住8天的，結果又因為價格下調，更新訂單，但是一個單獨一天訂單日期定錯，並未入住，次日再次入住時查不到訂單才發現前一天的訂單，未入住，已完成，與酒店協商未果，攜程協商未果，全程沒任何提醒告知，自己定錯自己負責，但連個提醒也沒有，這就是服務，在那個訂單上全程描述了事件，結果評價審核未通過，原因是未入住，那你不要收費呀，我全單付款，還不能評價了 嘛？那麼理直氣壯的説我們不復責那就不要怕客人提意見吧！你們又不差我這一個客人不是。我很好奇，我這個評價會不會又不通過，真的呵呵呵呵了

四百八在這個區域不算便宜了吧？全季在經濟連鎖也不算底層了吧？上一個住客留下腳印的床單不換？床頭板上的老油也不擦？血漬和頭髮沾滿床墊也不清理？喊客房來換床單，結果來了個男的把床單塞進來就走了，讓我們自己換，最後要求退房，前台給升級了隔壁大一點的房間，好傢伙，洗臉池水管是漏的，刷完牙鞋濕了，對了還有，送去展會的接駁車還要收費，就這樣還問我能不能給好評，我衹想説真的絕絕子一身黑

前台服務很好，進電梯要刷房卡很有安全感，房間佈局合理，乾淨、整潔，電視很大很清晰，大堂邊上還有自助洗衣房，洗烘都有。酒店房間很乾凈整潔，床鋪被子都乾淨舒服，服務態度很好，很喜歡，下次還會來！交通也非常的便利，還有免費的停車場，房間很大，贊

房間地面沒清理，衞生間（不是淋浴間）水不擦，淋浴間更不用説了，浴巾是爛的，物品沒固定的位置，太不專業了。餐廳工作人員連個標準工作服都沒有。還有千萬別加40元每份訂帶早餐的，不值。

是我住過最差全季，房間很大，設施配套也是全季的風格，床品很差，沒有全季的風格。還有早餐，慘不忍睹。沒有全季的風格！和前廳提了意見，前廳直接回復、餐飲是外包
