Hotel was very clean. We stayed during the typhoon as our high speed rail was cancelled, and special thanks to Miss Li for letting us do a late check out to wait out the storm.

Location is a very good option for those who don't want to bother travelling early or late at night to the airport. The main issue for international travellers in China and at this hotel is that they do require Chinese mobile phone numbers only to get connected to wifi - sad, very sad. Well, as we should be leaving in the morning and check-ined late we didn't want to bother much about this wifi setup issue with reception.
The view is great in the morning, at least from the 702 room. The fridge was full with what you see down below.

Just needed to relax before my connection to the Hongqiao bullet Train Station after a long flight from Brisbane and had to leave a deposit which cost more than booking a night which is unheard off and never done it before so for me it was my first and last booking

Highly recommend this hotel if you need to be close to Hongqiao station. It was the second time I stayed at this hotel because I need to take a train at the Hongqiao train station next day morning. The hotel and the train station is linked, about 10 minutes short walk. The facility is spotless, the front desk people are very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located at HongQiao Airport departure level T2. It took me 40 minutes via the city-link train from PVG airport to Hongqiao Airport departureT2 .

The location of hotel is extremely convenient with perfect connectivity to the newly opened Suburban line, Metro Line 2&10 plus HongQiao Railway Station.
The TV resolution is a bit outdated.
Breakfast is fantastic ! Like it and will recommend friends to stay there.
