Great hotel and perfect location for the trains / airport. Also not that far into Central shanghai either by metro or taxi. Rooms clean and well appointed - only two things could make it better - international electric sockets in the room and can the lights operate independently in the room rather than all operate on one switch (other than bed spotlights) Otherwise all great including the excellent breakfast

Great location. Very bad and slow check in. Careful, you order a room for two incl. breakfast but get only breakfast for one or you pay extra. Want 500 yuan deposit for mini bar. But room has no minibar. Send us to the wrong elevator so we had to move our luggage through the whole carpet hotel. Next day I wanted to speak to a manager to explain so that they can improve. But nobody available. Otherwise great location with own security channel. You can check in your luggage at the regular counter and use the hotel security channel. Lounge is directly after the security. We will come again but without breakfast.

overall a fairly nice room, but considering the price i was expecting better. the doorway was quite narrow, my bedlinen had a row of small holes in them, although inconsequential, and somehow the shower floor was not completely dry when i checked in. chose not to complain as i felt i could accept these (and was rather tired myself). location is excellent.
