Very disappointing homestay experience. There is a huge difference between Ctrip's promotional pictures and actual scenes. The promotional pictures look very stylish, but the actual decoration is old, the decorations look very old, the wallpaper is peeling off, and there are signs of water leakage on the ceiling. There is no ceiling light on the second floor of Loft, and the fan is not installed. When the refrigerator opened, there was a smell, and it didn't work at all.

Close to the subway entrance, it is very convenient to get to downtown Shanghai. The landlord is more enthusiastic and replaced the fan in time (used on the second floor). The house is ventilated, with good lighting, and it is comfortable to live in. There are only some hygienic problems, such as a layer of dust on the picture frame on the TV cabinet, dirty corners behind the refrigerator, dirty range hoods in the kitchen area, and dirty dishes after a long time. This is the first time to write a review, because this time it was really enjoyable! The rooms are well equipped, the environment is clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. 房東挺熱情的，但房間裏衞生不好，一翻開被子就發現了其他人的毛髮，後面把被套拆了發現裏面的被褥有污漬，並且桌子上的蕾絲布也有許多污漬。廁所門也有點損壞，差點鎖在裏面了。

位置好找，房間收拾的挺乾淨的，用的東西也很齊全，比起酒店我更喜歡民宿，可以選擇自己喜歡的風格入住，本次很滿意哈哈哈

住得挺好的 離兆豐地鐵口就走路幾分鐘 電視能看 床很舒服 蚊子也很少 （另外建議改進一下花灑支架就完美了

房東小姐姐很熱情，有問題就及時幫忙解決了，房子也不錯乾淨沒有什麼異味

交通方便出門就是地鐵，有個很大的陽台，東西準備的很全，房東小姐姐很熱情，溝通也很及時。
