房屋的地理位置超級好，街道和建築特別富有老上海的風韻，被很多大型商圈包圍，附近便利店很多，地鐵口拐個彎就能看到，景點相對來説挺密集的，可能你不知不覺路過的某個地方就是名人故居，特別適合晚飯後出去閑逛！！不得不説上海夜晚的城市真的太漂亮了（￣（エ）￣）房屋的鑰匙保存在門口的密碼盒子裏，出門也不用擔心弄丟。
房東非常熱情懇切，還很幽默，哈哈哈，有什麼要求都會盡可能滿足，給我們出行和飲食也提供了很多建設性意見。
總而言之四個人（強烈推薦一個宿舍的）一起住氣氛很棒，性價比超高，走過路過不要錯過！！ps：廁所裏的熱水器太好使了，一打開就比較燙∑（O_O；）拖鞋、沐浴露、牙膏牙刷啥的這裏都有，不用自己帶；阿姨入住前打掃完之後就不會來房屋啦，注意保持衞生，每天有流動垃圾車，也可以自己扔到馬路對面的垃圾房裡。

樓上的床很大很舒服...空調衹能吹到樓上...樓下稍微有點冷...不過有取暖器會好很多！總體還是不錯噠

地理位置真的非常好！！離新天地真的很近，去淮海中路也是步行可達。但個人認為隔音真的太差了，早上的時候真的連隔壁馬桶抽水聲都能聽見，但這是老小區普遍存在的問題。可能因為沒有窗户的原因所以整個房間還是很悶🥲入住剛打開門的時候有點味兒，因為本人不太喜歡這個味道所以還是開門通風了很久。室內裝修還可以，但是進門地板和廚房區域的牆壁有待改善一下，滑梯是房間特色，但還是一定要放好墊子，不然很容易受傷。

忘了拍照了。藏得有點深。入門很有儀式感，晚上去的話很有探險的感覺。滑梯要滑的話真的要墊東西……設施還算齊全，沒有奇怪的味道。主要是房東很耐心很nice～

性價比還是蠻高的。衞生間真的蠻小的。開了空調，上鋪還挺暖和，但是下鋪真的好冷，空調對下鋪來説根本沒有用。旁邊就有地鐵口，交通還是蠻方便的。整體來説還可以。

地理位置很好！房間和描述一樣，裝修我個人挺喜歡的，很多有意思的小布局，東西也都很齊全，體驗不錯。房東態度非常棒～回覆很快，很負責。總之很推薦～性價比高

性價比很可以了，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，東西真的不要太全，好多還沒用上。家居用品都是我喜歡的北歐ins風。住處附近環境很好，每次出門都能看到外國人。房東負責。

位置就在市區，交通也很便捷。老弄堂得感覺，主要是房間通風不是很好，有點潮濕的感覺。性價比可以了
