Dongjiao State Guest Hotel

We stayed during the Spring Festival, and the atmosphere was full of festivals. Every staff member we met was warm and thoughtful, and they even gave small gifts to greet us when they saw us with children. In particular, Mr. Yu Zhongren drove a small train to take us around, introduced various trees, flowers, etc., and let us quickly understand the situation of Dongjiao Hotel. We also had dinner in the hotel, with local flavors and moderate prices, which is worth choosing.

Dongjiao Hotel has a picturesque environment, with 70% greenery and century-old trees everywhere. The service is also unexpectedly good. The concierge manager Yu is hospitable and drove us around and introduced the entire hotel. After his introduction, I learned that so many ancient trees have been transplanted in the hotel and there are so many attractions. The front desk Xiaotian's service is very thoughtful. We casually said that the room Wifi is not very stable, and Xiaotian immediately asked colleagues from the engineering department to check it. Before we returned to the hotel at night, a router was specially installed in the next room to enhance the WIFI signal. As a hotel under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the service is not facing south at all, but far exceeds the level of commercial hotels. It is really worth staying.

After the Spring Festival holiday, I took my parents on a staggered trip and spent two very pleasant days at Dongjiao Hotel. Room: Old cadre style, but not old, very clean, like the balcony in the room. The non-slip acupressure board on the shower floor made me grimace on the first day 😂 but I got used to it on the second day. Service: The check-in on the first day and the check-out on the third day were coincidentally handled by the same front desk clerk (forgive me for forgetting her name 🥺), with a good attitude and quick movements. In addition, when we checked in on the first day, Manager Yu from the concierge department took us to visit the garden and introduced it in detail, which impressed us all. In fact, every service staff I met in these days has a good foundation, just the right enthusiasm, proactive greetings, and timely responses. Garden: With this garden of more than 1,000 acres, these days are worth it. I was worried that the leaves would fall in winter and there would be no scenery, but I didn’t expect it to be full of green. The water quality of the water system in the garden is really good, and the swans were also photographed. The only regret is that I came a few days early, and most of the plum blossoms are still buds. Finally, I would like to talk about the travel photography service included in the package. I took a family photo with my parents, which everyone was satisfied with. It was a pleasant surprise, very happy and worth it. If the weather was warmer, I could wear Hanfu or cheongsam and take photos in the garden, which would be amazing.

During the Spring Festival, I stayed at the State Guesthouse with my family and friends and enjoyed a high-standard service. The hotel has a beautiful environment and is shaded by green trees, forming a natural oxygen bar. The beautiful environment also matches the perfect service. Mr. Wang Jiajun, the lobby receptionist, arranged a sightseeing bus before we checked out. Mr. Yu Zhongren, the front office supervisor, drove the car himself and explained to us the stories behind every plant, flower and scene in the garden. Manager Yu from the concierge department also took us on a tour and explained carefully. The environment of Dongjiao is great. It is like a large botanical garden. It is suitable for viewing all year round. I will come again if I have the chance.
