I can confidently say it was one of the most exceptional hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect.
Room:
My suite was nothing short of breathtaking. Spacious, elegantly designed, and spotlessly clean
The hotel’s location was ideal just across the Airport.
Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether it was the concierge arranging last-minute tickets to a show or the housekeeping team leaving thoughtful touches in my room, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay.

This hotel is located at Terminal 1, near metro station with 5minute walk.
I like they have provide airport shutter bus service sending us to Terminal 2.

The hotel is really near to airport terminal 1, just go out from exit 3 n go straight and turn left around 5mnt walk just beside intercity hotel. Really convenient coz near airport and metro!line 10 ..But the room is old and outdated really need renovation. Lobby is big but old .

We arrived close to midnight and check in was seamless as foreigners. Room had everything we needed for a short stay as we had an early flight out. Shuttles to terminal 2 started at 0600. As we had an early flight, we opted for a Didi which took under 15mins to get from the hotel to drop off. Bed was comfortable, water and basic amenities provided, aswell as international charging ports. Would happily stay again

Only 5 mins away from the Airport, very convenient.
The staff is very friendly and nice.
the air conditioning looks a little bit dated (no temperature control). The breakfast selection is a bit limited.
Still, the bed and the room is very comfortable in general, and I have a good sleep.

Great location for Hongqiao Airport Terminal 1. Less than 5 minutes walk to the entrance. Very quiet. Not the cleanest nor most luxurious hotel, but great for the price. Did get very hot though, since the air con is central...
