It is an extraordinary and clean hotel, close to the city center, many restaurants nearby, the metro and cafeteria, the hotel staff are extraordinary especially Iris and Cindy, they are very kind and pleasant, I recommend it to anyone who goes to Shanghai

So far my favourite hotel in China. My room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. The staff was helpful, friendly and at the reception desk they spoke English. I hope to stay here again next time I visit Shanghai.

I've stayed at this outstanding hotel on my first visit and I come back again to spend more time because it's such a great experience to be at the Metropark Jichen Hotel Shanghai. I was welcomed by a great staff Iris who upgraded my room and took every chance to make my stay very enjoyable and comfortable. This amazing hotel is located in the heart of Shanghai convinatly close to everything you are looking for. The rooms are so clean and tidy. very amazing staff. The breakfast is outstanding and you can find so many delicious recipes and dishes. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers and will definitely come back again.

Everything was good. Camila and Iris upgraded our room because we have a baby. They are really keen to help and spoke really good english. Good location, large rooms, polite and helpful staff. I will comeback.

As a regular Business Traveller, I have stayed here for almost 15 years. I book the panoramic room for the value and big windows. Some are not updated, some like this room 1508 is nicely refreshed and modern. See you again in a few months.

The hotel facilities are old and the service quality is worrying. There is no air conditioner in the hot weather, and the children cannot rest normally in the middle of the night. They violate the contract offer, have no contract spirit, and have a rough attitude. A typical store bullies customers. It is recommended to avoid it. I feel like I've stayed at a Africa Hotel, it's hard to describe it.

Highly recommend, lovely hotel. Super clean room and comfortable bed. Great views and great location. The staff are so friendly, especially Iris and Cindy at reception.
