I enjoyed my stay in Citadines, very close to the shopping mall. The room is clean and spacious and not noisy. Loved the spacious lobby where you can have breakfast and have meetups. Staff always offer a cup of tea whenever I'm there. Staff are very welcoming and kind, very prompt with my requests. Special thanks to Sherly for all the help she provided. Would definitely book here again when I come back to Shanghai next time.

We stayed here for a few nights travelling to Shanghai, the staff gave us a free upgrade to our room, we are very satisfied with the room and their service, it's super spacious, clean, beds are comfortable, and the environment is quiet and the interior looks very classy. It's really worth the price we paid. The hotel is just next to LCM mall, and about 10 mins walk to metro station. Will definitely recommend to friends and will be back here if get to Shanghai again

I am a fan of citadines,but a bit disappointed by this as hotel conditions are a bit old . I checked in the midnight First room I stayed in when I entered It has a strange smell and changed the other room the second day it's slightly better . I have a lot of food near the hotel . And it's takes 35-40mins trip from the airport
