Rezen Meta Tree Hotel (City Center & The Bund, Shanghai)

Service has been excellent, we arrived earlier in the morning and not only were we given an upgrade, we got the room earlier when we went to deposit our luggage at 8-9am. Pleasant stay, great location near to many fab eateries and shopping street. But not for those who may be sensitive to noise/ as we could hear the cars. But not too bothered really.

Hotel is in a good location. Surrounded by food & BBT. Walking distance to Nanjing Street, will go back again if I travel to shanghai.

Facility is good and convenient location. Will come again next time in the future stay.

We are very satisfied with the service, amenities and location. It’s a great place to stay if you’d like to know the heart of the city.

We booked this hotel at the last minute, my friend was disapointed with a previous one even best rated than this one, but we were happily surprised. The room was spacious, the bed was large and good, the bathroom was clean with all necessary (double towels, hair dryer, tooth paste and brush). There is a washing room with washing machine (only two if i remember well), clothes' dryer and even an iron steam (which was very useful). The only thing that was missing is a mini fridge. Personnel at arrival and departure were very pleasant, communication was more difficult with night personnels. Around the hotel there are many restaurants and convenience stores. Funny thing: You can order your meal on the internet and be delivered by a robot, it even takes the lift :-D

Super close to Nanjing road and the bund. Good location for all your food and snacks! Friendly staff ready to help you out! Good amenities gym and washing machines at the top floor.
