My second time here. Lovely crew,super helpful and responsive. Love that they have WeChat chat app. I like the home style comfort and 24hr security. Highly recommend especially if you are traveling with family. They helped me with my deliveries too.

Location is excellent with subway right across the street.
Service is good.
Breakfast is good. Its price is reasonable.
Facilities are OK but the swimming pool is too deep for kids.

The only positive is that the staff was friendly. The hotel does not have air conditioning (front desk staff said so), instead they gave us a fan. We paid for a 1 bedroom suite that does not have an AC, it is unacceptable. The living room temperature was constantly 25 degrees while the bedroom was always 28 degrees. We were not informed and nobody care about our experience when we checked out. Also
The iron board is defective and could not stand. Found out the hard way when it collapsed on my toe.
I would not stay there again and i do not recommend.
Breakfast is okay but you can find better.

The room is good for family with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen for food delivery. The location is convenient to nearby sightseeing like Nanging Road and Jing’An Temple. Walking distance to Xintiandi for dining and shopping.

The hotel is located in the Huihai business district. The facilities are good and staff Are helpful. Plenty of high end plaza’s and food. How ever, it is hard to find authentic local food nearby. Also close to metro lines 1 and 14

Impeccable location and service recovery. Unfortunately the hotel breakfast was a letdown, and the water flow and temperature left much to be desired. Furnishings were also dated.
