Homeinn Plus Hotel (Shanghai Bund Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street)

Great service provided by Homeinn staff. All of them are very helpful and friendly. Good location with many local food around the hotel and walking distance to Nanjing Pedestrian Road. However, the water pressure at level 7 is low.

Great location & newly renovated hotel. Room a little small but that's expected with all hotels in this area - perfect just to sleep, shower and reset. 2 minutes walk to metro exit. Room is comfortable and clean with modern design. Staff is friendly. Would recommend to family and friends if they want quiet but also stay in the hustle and bustle.

Pros: Location is superb. As solo traveller, i carry a 28inch kinda heavy luggage, i use metro station exit 1, and it was raining, i thought it will quote far away, eventually just right behind the metro statio, just 2 min walk after u come out from metro exit 2. Excellence location. The hotel and room is clean, newly renovate. The blanket n pillow are great. Memory foam pillow. The table come with 2 pcs of shanghai famous snack and thw rabbit candy for the customer to try. So lovely. Their hair dryer is uaing Laifen, where i manage to try it before i buy it. The toilet bowl has auto flush with seat temperature control. Reallt hygenic. Water pressure is good, aircon is goood Room size is good for 1 adult to stay peacefully. 2 adults may feel narrow and small if you are carrying both 28inch luggage. My room in 6 floor, suprisingly can view the shanghai center as view. I will say is good enough for a hotel with such view. Thanka for the superb service provided by the frontdesk: 贾晓彤 for the past 3 days during my stay. Her good customer service and smile for me is trully unforgettable😊 Cons: Unable to track exact addresss or hotel location if you use Didi e-hailing to get back to hotel. Even i tried used the nearby landmark, in the end, Didi send me to 莱莱小龙 and i need to walk back to hotel. Overall, i will come back to stay at this hotel again as solo in future as it is nearby to metro station and just right behind of the 南京步行街

Good location and staff are really polite and helpful. We walked to the bund within 5 min i guess nice view!!!

Overall good experience, the location is great, walkable from metro and walkable to nanjing pedestrian street , all within 5 mins. Although the room is a bit small, but I guess it is reasonable because of the location. They also provide welcome drink at hotel lobby, which is heartwarming
