It was an amazing stay at Kingtown Hotel. It's price point is great for the good quality served. The receptionist were very kind and fluent in english. The housekeeping staff were friendly too. The food delivery robot was so cute!! Everything was clean and neat. You can walk about 7 minutes to Xizang middle road for food like Mcdonalds and Kfc. Family mart convenient store is nearby there too. Location is near to tourist attractions as well. Breakfast is amazing, there's chinese and western, and the very nice chef cooks eggs and rice noodles etc on the spot which was so delicious. Good options for gluten and lactose intolerant people. There were slippers and dont worry about the see through shower screen, its covered. Only thing is i thought it was listed that there will be a fridge and iron but there wasnt any, but perhaps because its winter. And there's no safebox. Also the window handle was loose. Otherwise everything was great :)

Overall a good experience to stay not too far from nanjing Road but not too near the huge crowd. However, the bathroom sink keep on clogging. I think it need fixing. But overall experience was good.

Nice location, not far from Metro Xinzha Road. Room was quite good and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is also excellent, really love the noodle and wanton soup.

The room was clean and the view was great. We booked the hotel with the breakfast because someone here in the reviews said that the breakfast is good for vegetarians and vegans. And it really was so thank you! The location was quiet and within walking distance from People's square and Qufu road metro stations. We were there in December so it was nice that we could operate the room's heating system ourselves.

The front desk staff were very friendly and polite, which made check-in a pleasant experience. The location is super convenient, close to the MRT station, making it easy to get around. The room was also very clean and comfortable.
Highly recommend this hotel for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!
