The hotel is beautiful, but it doesn't make sense. They charge double payments as both a guarantee and a deposit. Also, at the front desk, instead of making it easier to extend your stay by using the same deposit and guarantee with the same money, they ask you to pay again, so you end up paying twice. That's not convenient

Great hotel in great location. Big comfortable rooms with good beds and pillows. Some of the rooms with great views. This is not my not first stay there.

I stayed here for my HYROX weekend in Shanghai and this hotel made the whole trip feel luxurious and effortless. The room was beautiful, the view was stunning, and the service was exceptional. Everything felt clean, elegant, and comfortable.
The location is perfect, the breakfast was amazing, and I loved how peaceful the hotel felt. After my race, the spa, pool, and big cozy bed were exactly what I needed.
Truly a luxury experience , I’d definitely stay here again. 🌟✨

房間設施整體偏舊，雖説免費給我升級了行政樓層 説是22年裝修的，但並沒有感覺很nice。
設施：房間的空調剛進去很熱 怎麼調都沒有用，給禮賓打了電話 禮賓告知有工程部同事來看，足足等了兩個小時都沒有人來看，洗手間簡直不能呆，巨巨巨熱！其次，酒店的隔音真的是太太太垃圾了
再説説早餐，上海的特色早餐啥也沒有，問麪檔廚師有沒有葱油拌麪，感覺跟欠了她幾百萬似的，連餛飩都沒有，酒店雖説外賓較多，但我看了下家庭客也不少，早餐可以適當調整鞋適合中國人口味的食材。早餐選擇較少，雞肉腸沒煮熟，培根太老不太像國際五星的水準。

這次來看演出，本來看評價對酒店老舊有點擔心，到店後發現前台小哥非常nice給升級了江景，到房間發現還能看對面的五公仔和五球船，簡直意料之外的驚喜。而且房間很大雖然設施舊但是衞生間和房間都很寬敞視野也很好。下次還會來。

帶年邁的長者家出遊，選擇凱賓斯基是正確✅的，離東方明珠，海洋館及江畔都很近，80多歲長者走過去5分鐘，打車去豫園和城隍廟大概30元吧～酒店位置好，房間安靜，早餐豐富（總有一款適合你），前台和樓層人員服務熱情。酒店還贈送了東方明珠登塔的票，很是貼心方便，但是設施有些陳舊，沒有智能馬桶🚽。門僮服務意識有些低，不能主動拿行李，除非求助他們。不過值得一住。下次會考慮再次入住。
