Amazing service and staff, so helpful and accommodating to our needs as first time China travelers. Very nice rooms and amenities, good breakfast, clean and organized everywhere. The hotel is outside of the main parts of the city so didi’s can be 30-50 minutes, but it’s much calmer and convenient to get to Hongqiao.

This is my first international trip from the United States so I was very nervous, but the hotel and especially the staff made me feel super comfortable. Having such welcoming and helpful staff as well as a super clean hotel to come home to after a busy day of exploring could not have made us happier here. The front desk will do absolutely everything to make your needs feel met. The shuttle options were also nice. I didn’t get any photos of the room but it was absolutely perfect, and the lobby and dining area were beautiful. They serve different things every morning included in your stay which is a great tasting and cost effective way to get your morning started. The location is really nice, close to the train station which is going to take you to tons of really cool places no more than an hour away. The drive to the major attractions within Shanghai is about 30 mins give or take.

The location is only less than 10mins walk to the train station. Everyone here is very very helpful and welcoming. We even got desserts and foot bath every night. My parents and my kids loves this hotel as well. Totally would recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to shanghai with family because the bed is hugee (super plus point for this)

I was recommended by a friend to stay here for the exceptional service and proximity to the train station. The family room comes with 2 x Double room, could be better with an extra large bed, or Queen + Bunk to cater for family of 4. The hotel has butler, were really really nice, very attentive. We stayed for 4 nights, the staffs make our stay very welcoming from check in till we left. The hotel is located at Line 14, very convenient to move around the hot-spots. Definitely Coming Back!
