1. Reception cannot see my booking and wasted my time to check with customer service
2. The aircon is too noisy
3. There were too much noise like constantly hammering the upper floor

This was one of the filthiest places I have ever stayed. The only plus was the nearby subway station. We had to manually flush the toilet for three days. We did request that it be repaired after night number one. The shower floor was stained and moldy. The area under the sink in the bathroom looked to have not been cleaned in months if not years.
