This hotel was better than I expected. It’s north bund and I’ve never stayed up there before but I needed to this time. 10 mins in a Didi to the pearl tower though so if you need to be over there it’s fine. Super clean, very friendly staff. Nice rooms a little dated but I don’t mind. The bathroom was spotless. We booked it because it has a toddler play area and a pool and both served us well. Breakfast was good. I think it’s used for your groups as we saw a few come through. No complaints. The raffles city mall close by had a lot of stuff for kids to do.

Clean and quiet room but smelly bathroom. Quite unfriendly staff, same at the roof top restaurant, but food was good. They sell 10$ mandatory swimming cap. We didn't test the breakfast. We slept very well in Ocean Hotel.

The service and room size is quite excellent for the price, and the hotel looked pretty posh despite some parts of it showing age. Room was quite clean. Location was OK, the hotel was close to line 4 and 12 subway (which we mistook for the line 2 when looking on trip because of the similar green hue). There was plenty service around the area, but there wasn't too much night life. Overall great experience.

The hotel location is a little off the high street, but not too far away. If it was close to the high street, it would have been noisy with too many tourists at night. Breakfast was good as a buffet. It was okay as various kinds of food changed little by little every day. Three people stayed, but the room was spacious enough, so I was comfortable. The flight arrived late, so they responded kindly even though it was past midnight when I checked in.

Great location! I can see Oriental Pearl Tower from the window. Spacious room, quiet place for rest. Breakfast is delicious, close to shopping malls and food court, and the Bund.
