The hotel room was spotless when I checked in, but the daily cleaning wasn't great. And it's not close to anything interesting you can walk to.

Pros: location, breakfast, service are great. Family room is big and spacious. Beds are comfortable.
Cons: water in the sink is moving down slowly. Toilet water is also slow. The room temperature is 25-26 degrees, we tried to adjust the temperature down to 19 but the device does not respond. We had to open the window to cool the room down. We were told during our stay the gym and poor are in maintnmenence so we cannot use it.

Excellent location within walking distance from the waterfront and spectacular views of the Shanghai skyline. Spacious family room with a great view, good beds a sofa, an office corner and a great bathroom.

Very affordable price with spacious size of the basic room! Shower gel is very nice and I really like its aromatic but not too strong scent; however, it is too little for daily use with bathtub. Location is quite far from tourist hotspots but close to the north bund.

Good location, breakfast also good. The problem is there nobody can speak english. The concierge can not help me with simple taxi (Send me to incorrect direction). And at the morning we face some troubles to do the check out. good hotel, terrible comunication

Bad location.
40 minutes to Downtown.
No close coffee shops or restaurants.
No mobile chine near by.
No bank near by to exchange money.
No one speak English.
