Stayed twice in this particular hotel. During the first stay, the shower room had mold where the silicon seal was, it looks disgusting.
The second stay was better, but such thing should be inspected regularly.
I would suggest the hotel to assign an inspector that has high standard/expectations and with much experience to check all rooms from top to bottom floors, including the restaurant, basically every corner, if the hotel group wants to maintain it’s standard/reputation. This person would discover many surprises. Many hotels only look good when they are new but deteriorate over time due to bad management/maintenance.
Service-wise, it was very good. The receptionist(陈先生)gave me a temporary bedroom when I arrived too early from my flight until my type of room was available, this was a big help after a long haul flight. They were always very friendly.
The location is very good too with easy access to many tourist spots and subway. I will stay at Atour again.
