The hotel is now so old and worn out. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times since 2018 and the rooms are getting more and more old. Considering that it was opened almost 19 years ago, the hotel now needs renovations.
Its still a good hotel to stay in, great views especially in the evening. Breakfast selection not bad and very good location. The gym equipment is so old, the carpets all over the hotel floors have either stains or just lost their original color. The room furniture is also so old.
I didn’t use the bath tub without a plastic, the water stopper looked rusty. The shower water pressure is so good and relaxing.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel, this is the view from room 4011. Very big spacious room, with a free bottle of water daily. The metro station is right outside and also next door is a family mart. If you want to explore it’s only a 20/20min walk to tower. Felt very safe being a solo traveller walking around. Only downside i would say is the WiFi was hit and miss if it worked or not.

I really enjoy in this hotel. The room is huge and clean. The staffs are so friendly. The hotel is quite far from the Nanjing road and mostly local area but it is not issues at all!! The hotel is next to station Putong Avenue and downstairs has 24 hrs 7-11. The environment is very quiet even it is next to the main road. I have got the room with river view. It was a lovey stays on my birthday trip.

Good hotel. Able to walk to Shanghai tower within 15 mins. Metro is door step.. Family Mart n others food n kiosks next to hotel. If the price is good , will book again.

This is a great hotel to stay in Shanghai. It is literally just on top of Exit 7 of Metro Line 14 Pudong Avenue. So handy if u uses the subway a lot. There is a family mart next to the hotel too. The pearl orient tower is just 2 stations away. The hotel itself is worthy of an almost 5 star rating. It is very luxury for the price range it charges. We were given rooms facing Shanghai Skyline and it was fabulous. Room itself was nice and spacious and comfortable. If there is any improvement needed, hotel mayb should upgrade the shower head to rainshower type. Also using blinds to cover up the bathroom/bathtub area seems dated and old. Mayb also upgrade the shower gel and shampoo to something more refreshing and fragrant. Other than that, everything about the room is great. Buffet breakfast is extensive and good. TQVM for the birthday cake and card. It was very meaningful and special. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel ✌️

I really love our stay here 10/10 I will stay again for sure!!! They also let us check in as early as 10AM and gave us a room on the 35th floor overlooking the river. We’ve had a very comfortable stay and it’s also near the Pudong Avenue station! You step out of the hotel and the station is right there few meters away, very convenient!
