DoubleTree by Hilton Shanghai - Pudong

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff ( FD Heidi ) were inredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was spacious and confortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay . The swimming pool and sauna are absolutely fantastic. The hotel's breakfast in the morning is also abundant and nutritious. The hotel staff are very friendly and patiently helped with the luggage. The hotel's cookies are really special.Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience here. From the moment I checked in, every aspect has left a positive impression—whether it's the fantastic swimming pool and sauna that offer such a relaxing retreat, the morning breakfast spread that's not only abundant but also thoughtfully prepared with nutrition in mind, the staff who are always so friendly and go out of their way to help with luggage (and so much more) with genuine patience, or even the little touches like those uniquely delicious cookies that add such a nice surprise. I recently stayed at double tree hotel for a 3 night getaway, and overall, it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was quick, and I was offered a welcome cookies while waiting — a nice touch!

My room was upgraded upon arrival and I was allowed an early check in so I was very happy. The view was great, it was far but the pearl orient tower could be seen from the living room, bedroom, and bathroom windows. However, the lights to the tower turn off at night so by the time I went to go to bed I did not have a night view of the tower. I would absolutely recommend getting a taxi if you have anything more than one suitcase, if your luggage is heavy, or if it’s hot or windy. The 10-15 minute walk from the train station was very rough and difficult with the 2 suitcases I was dragging bymyself.

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Shanghai - Pudong. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very accommodating for English-speaking guests, which made my trip much easier. The quality of the meals was a definite highlight, and the room service robots were a fun and entertaining touch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The importance if choosing the right hotel . I have had the pleasure of staying at various hotels around the world ,and I must stay that I have come across some truly exceptional ones . One hotel that stands out in my memory is the Hilton in Shanghai City. The moment i walked into lobby if the Hilton , I knew I was in for a treat. the grandeur of the hotel was immediately apparent,and the staff greeted ,with warm smiles and impeccable serive, the check-in process was smoothe and efficient ,and I was escorted to my room with great care. The room itself was luxurious and well-appointed,with a stunning view of the city skyline. the bed was incredibly comfortable ,and I found myself drifting off to sleep easily each night.the attention to details in the room was truly ampressive from the high-quality linens to the thoughtfull amenities provided . Key points thank you so much for the hotel staff Heidi, she kindly introduced the hotel's facilities，Even though I asked many questions about distance, she’s the first to know and quickly gave me an answer. by the way to said I found that her spoken english level is very higher and much more authentic in communication and interaction.
