We had 2 rooms on the 9 floor it’s good sunlight, room is very clean and neat and tidy. Very convent location just walk out to Pedestrian Street and below is a FamilyMart/lawson, as well as a foodcourt (small one).

Overall, the location of the hotel is good. The cleaner lady is very friendly and helpful. But the room was SOOO hot. IT WAS HOTTER THAN THE AISLE. We told the front reception and they say there’s nothing they can do as it is a central aircon…. The only option is to provide us a fan… or open the window?

Great hotel! Good location, breakfast selection massive and importantly the staff are all so nice and accommodating. Managed to get the address before arriving for online purchase delivery and all apps are accessible with their wifi. Executive lounge is also beautifully decorated with loads of alcohol selection on offer. Would love to stay back here again!

Location is great, directly at Nanjing road and close to metro station (East Nanijng Road - Exit 4). Room is nice and clean.
Service not so good, like other hotels in this class in China. For example, no support with luggage, rest rooms in the lobby have been dirty, welcome package was in the room at the third day, prices for late checkout seemed to be set randomly (first 500 CNY then 700 CNY). Little things which could have been improved and
