The room was clean. The service is what you expect from a branch of the Sheraton Group. The only downfall was the at the power outlets next to the bed was limited to one side only. Other wise stay was pleasant. Thank you

Overall it is okay, not a new hotel, typical design but comfortable. The front desk can help to collect parcels, just give your room number.

Best location and service. Staff very friendly and room clean enough. Variety breakfast options. Very recommend for staying this hotel.

The building looks a bit old, but the room’s interior is still nice. The location is very close to Tangqiao Station. The room is quite spacious and clean, and the amenities are complete. Lastly, the front office staff were very helpful, and I loved that they spoke English really well
