This hotel is really great, perfect for a trip with friends! The facilities are new, the rooms are spacious, and everything is very clean. Plus, it's super convenient to get around. We even extended our stay by an extra night because we liked it so much, haha!

Booked for a trip, I intended to go to Hotel Indigo but by chance ended up at the InterContinental – a classic five-star grand hotel, which I really liked. **Facilities**: Comprehensive, the gym is excellent; it was great to get a run in and work up a sweat. **Hygiene**: Housekeeping was prompt, and the room came with bottled water, so I had plenty to drink. **Environment**: I happened to catch the Christmas tree lighting ceremony and tried the cake prepared by the hotel, which tasted good. The event was very meaningful. **Service**: The service was warm and friendly, whether it was at the front desk, dining, or with the operator.

The hotel might be a bit old, as the facilities are quite dated. The room's soundproofing is poor, and the toilet flushing sound is incredibly loud, disrupting sleep. The faucet's water flow is weak, and the sink design is so flawed that every time you wash your hands, water splashes everywhere. Plus, all the smart toilet seats are in English, which is really baffling – how are seniors supposed to understand? Is the hotel only catering to foreign guests? The buffet restaurant service was severely lacking. Many tables remained uncleared, and there were no tissues on the tables, nor could we find any. It was the first time I've ever had to ask a restaurant staff member for tissues, only for them to toss them onto our table with one hand from across it. The staff didn't use polite language; it felt like their training was very inadequate. The front desk service was also very cold. The concierge service and room cleaning were decent, and the food at Cui Ting was pretty good.

Overall, it's clean, the location is excellent, and the breakfast is also very good. It's definitely worth recommending, and I'd stay here again next time. The facilities are a bit old, but it's an old-school 5-star hotel that offers peace and quiet despite being in a busy area.
