From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. I was upgraded to a superior room, which was a wonderful surprise, and they also let me check out at 6 PM, which I really appreciated. The staff is extremely kind and helpful — they communicate smoothly with you in English using a translator if needed. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the metro. Without a doubt, every time I come to Shanghai, I’ll stay at this hotel again.

Our last night checked in here, conveniently cycled to Shanghai tower for observatory 118 floor at best weather around 20C. Found walking distance a reasonable priced foot/body massage on Mei tuan. Location is ideal to catch a maglev train station 10 min away by Didi. Hotel room not spacious enough for big suitcases.
