Great location, just right next to Tiantong station (Line 10) and a 10min walk along the river to the Bund. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping and service was impeccable. Highly recommended!

Unpleasant smell the moment out from corridor to the room. Carpet is stained and dirty. During check in, 2 young receptionists are rather blurred, took quite awhile to check our passports and etc. Fortunately only stay for a night.

The room is clean and tidy, the service staff is very thoughtful and meticulous, the hotel is conveniently located close to the Bund, and the Tiantong Road subway station is downstairs. However, the sound insulation in the room is not very good because it is near the traffic intersection.
