The bad: room is small, we got room with no view, just bricks, alleyway has smoking smell, security operational is unsafe, staff download hotel app on their phone and ask for otp from guest for room or breakfast discount. no bidet for female. breakfast menu is limited with average taste. cutleries kind of dirty.
The good: location is great, near to nanyang pedestrian street, there is laundry room, lot of free water and tissue.

The hotel location is convenience and hotel staff was very nice also the room was comfort and clean. Staff can speak english and so supportive. This is the gift they gave us when checkout :)

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!

I have never been in such an unclean hotel before. I was first assigned room 615 but they changed it because I complained to the fact there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and I was breathing in the spores for the whole night. I include the photo I took. I got room 607 afterwards but then the last day when I was supposed to checkout, I hear some weird noise in the room. I open the light and behold. A cockroach strolling and I even saw it flying. While half asleep, I panicked and got to pick up my shoes and left the room to let the reception handle the situation and the guy wanted to offer me a new room upgrade but I refused and wanted him to fix the situation so I can organize my luggage and get out. The receptionist had the audacity to ask via translator: "Do you not dare go back to fetch your luggage?", making it look like it's my problem to handle. If I were a Chinese person, and not a foreigner struggling with the language this wouldn't go by without the whole hotel residents knowing how filthy this place is. This is my first time going to this hotel chain and I have been to many hotels across a lot of cities in China but never have I had to deal with these problems. I will never set foot in JI HOTEL again.

good hotel except disgusting strong smell of cigarettes on the floor and in the room. hotel must prohibit to smoke in the rooms. so i would not recommend who hate smells of cigarettes. i almost vomited🤮
