The overall experience was good. The rooms was tiny but we knew that when we made the booking. The staff was nice and we understood each other somehow. The location is great, close to metro and everything. I definately recommend it.

The room is very clean. The front desk service is also very good. They greeted us when we came and went. The location is convenient. The facilities are advanced and complete. The environment is also very good. The surrounding food street, the Bund, the pedestrian street, the natural history museum are all around the hotel. The location is amazing. Love it.
