My parents absolutely loved this place. Everyone was so friendly and the room was HUGE and massive. We had a good rest every night and i can recommend this safely to everyone. Thumbs up! Nice view too, able to see the 3 tallest skyscrapers even though we’re a little far out. Clear view!~

Great location within minutes walk to station and metro. The hotel also provide free self laundry which is a big massive plus!! It is a bit old, maybe a re-carpeting will give the hotel extra star

The location is very convenient, 5 minutes away from the Bund. I love their breakfast... Affordable prices .... Will book again and highly recommended

Park Inn by Radisson may have seen its better days but is still charming in its vintage decor. Yes, many will argue that it need refurbishing and that may well be true but it does its purpose well, comfortable stay and sleep. It is on the other side when you go to Exit 3 on the Shanghai Railway station metro, turn left and walk about 100m around the building. The staff is polite, although with the lack of spoken english but there is mobile translator for that. The services live up to expectation, it is still a grand hotel and I can only imagine what it looked like in the glory days. I truly recommend this hotel as it is near a metro station and if you're not some spoiled brat, for sure you will like it.

Very nice service from Selina Hong. She is very helpful. Althought the room is really hot but because of her, I would like to come back again.

I am surprised that Radisson allows its name to be attached to this hotel. Value for money it was reasonable but management had spent no money on maintenance for years. The bedroom windows were filthy, the front of the hotel was unacceptable and it was not even possible to charge breakfast to my room as there was no link between reception and the dining room. On the plus side, the bed and linen were excellent.
