The hotel was overall good. The room and facilities were quite clean, and the amenities were decent. The spa with a large hot tub and the swimming pool were nice additions. Location is fine as well. The only downside is that for a hotel with so many international guests, the staff’s English was very limited, which made communication a bit difficult. Still, I’d definitely stay here again.

The service is really good. Arrival late in the night but was pleasantly surprised for an upgrade to King Size Room. My birthday was on one of the days of the stay, the hotel gifted me a cake (not a slice but a cake). The staff is helpful throughout my stay. Location wise, it is superb. Line 13 is just at the door step, Line 1 is about 5 min’s walk. There is a shopping belt along Huaihai road.
The lobby has a locker system to allow food delivery, try it.
I would highly recommend this place.

新錦江大酒店太好啦！颱風天冒雨趕到酒店大堂，前台主動升級了32樓的套房，房間特別大，視眼開闊，一覽上海美景，讓人心曠神怡！新錦江大酒店地處淮海中路，地鐵13號線，10號線等等都在旁邊，南京西路，新天地，衹有一站路，非常方便，走幾步就到了環貿商場，住在新錦江大酒店到哪裡都方便！尤其是酒店頂層的藍天旋轉餐廳，真是太好吃了，我和女兒住店期間每天中午都去藍天旋轉餐廳吃飯，紅燒肉年糕，醬肉排，濃湯煮乾絲，特色烤鴨，糟四寶，葱油雞，獅子頭，瑤柱薺菜豆腐羹，藍天手打麪等等等等，女兒非常喜歡吃上海菜，下次來上海玩，還要住在新錦江大酒店！

酒店房間乾淨整潔，雖然有點老，但不妨礙各個設施的使用。我也衹住一晚，就睡一覺，各方面都夠用了。
感謝酒店安排了一個街景房，淮海路一覽無餘，附近的老盧灣區都看得很清楚。
PS 酒店的牙刷牙膏在一樓辦理入住的地方，需要的話可以去那裡自取。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay with Room for Innovation
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jin Jiang Tower. The staff were warm and efficient, and my room was spotless with incredibly comfortable bedding. The breakfast spread offered plenty of tasty options, and the central location made getting around town a breeze.
One suggestion for improvement - implementing robot delivery for room service and amenities would make the experience even more convenient and modern. Many hotels are adopting this technology successfully.
5/5 - Would definitely return, especially if they add those high-tech touches! The service and comfort were already excellent.

The hotel is in a good location. The hotel has a pool, public baths and a sauna and steam room. The room decor was horrible, very 80s, and my sheets were worn out and thread bare. The walls are a little thin as I had to hear my neighbors child crying everyday or playing outside the door. Deliveries must be retrieved from the lobby, which was horribly inconvenient. The staff in general was ok I guess. There was nothing especially notable about this hotel but there were no real issues either. The hotel is a little stuffy and given the lack of effort to decorate the hotel outside the lobby it was out of character. Breakfast was generic. Glad all the restaurants I wanted to enjoy while visiting were nearby.
